The period from August 15 to 21, 2005 marked the union of Lussori and Roger Dubuis who joined their forces in order to organize Roger Dubuis timepiece exhibition in Carmel, California and present the brand's Excalibur Double Tourbillon and other matchless watch models.

Roger Dubuis and its Timepieces
The history of Roger Dubuis Company started with the establishment of the Societe Genevoise des Montres by Carlos Dias in 1995. The following year the firm presented its first collection named the Roger Dubuis Hommage and Sympaphie. Since then, the brand has introduced numerous contributions into the horology world, including movements developed at the Roger Dubuis Swiss manufactory. At the prestigious Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) Roger Dubuis presented new timepieces and movements featuring grand complications – the RD01 and the RD08 – elaborated to equip the new Excalibur collection.
The hand-wound mechanical movement RD01 housed in the Excalibur 01 comprises two tourbillons, a jumping hour indicator, retrograde minutes and a power reserve indicator. The RD08 automatic movement powers the Excalibur 08 and features double micro-rotor, a minute repeater with a chiming mechanism and a flying tourbillon.
The Unique Exhibition in Carmel
The event held in Carmel during the three days of the Classic Car Weekend in August attracted the attention of numerous serious watch and jewelry enthusiasts and just simple passersby, reaching altogether about 300-500 visitors every day. naturally A great deal of interest was also aroused by vintage Alfa Romeo, Ferrari and Maserati, their gloss and perfect inner workings presented at the Ocean Avenue where Lussori designed its new store.

Nine showcases were placed along the perimeter of the room and featured such successful Roger Dubuis creations as the MuchMore, TooMuch and GoldenSquare Collections, as well as limited editions with manually-painted enamel dials depicting classic car themes which were demonstrated in North America for the first time.
